I provide fully customised training and nutrition plans for 90 day and 6 month increments, with the possibility of extending to a yearly program if both parties are happy with the outcomes within in the initial training period.

Here’s What You’ll Get:

Tailored Workout Plans: Complete assigned workouts 4-6 times a week through an interactive app designed to meet your goals.

Progress Tracking:  Log your reps and sets effortlessly while tracking your progress.

Instructional Support: Access demo videos to ensure proper form and technique.

Nutritional Guidance: Receive detailed calorie and macronutrient targets, along with a sample meal plan that adapts as you advance.

Accountability Measures: Schedule weigh-ins and progress photos to keep you motivated.

Weekly Check-Ins:  Join weekly Zoom calls for support, guidance, and accountability.

These programs cost less than many common daily habits i.e. fast food, smoking, alcohol, gambling or worse.

When broken down, a program equates to roughly between £8 – 15 a day, much less than the afore mentioned.
