I’m Joshua Jones — an online fitness and mindset coach helping everyday people create real, lasting change through Resilience, Growth, and Execution.

To me these aren’t buzzwords, they are the principles that helped me take change course of my life — and they are the same ones I now teach to help others do the same.

But I didn’t start here.

Like many, I spent years feeling stuck. I drifted through dead-end jobs, jet-washing pavements in busy city centres, stacking shelves, picking shifts in warehouses — always feeling like I was capable of more, but not knowing how to break free.

My early teens were marked by depression and low self-worth. Later, I fell into the trap of chasing short-term highs, on it for days at a time, doing all sorts. These distractions left me even more disconnected from who I really was.

Eventually, I hit a point where I knew something had to change.
I stopped blaming my past and started building a future — one workout, one habit, one decision at a time.

That was the beginning of Monsoon Fitness.

I became a certified personal trainer and landed my first coaching role aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise ship with nearly 5,000 guests. There, I trained clients from around the world, led stretch and mobility classes for up to 50 people daily, taught yoga on the beaches of the Bahamas, and delivered cycling sessions designed to push both body and mind. I ran seminars that helped thousands rethink their approach to fitness, nutrition, and personal growth.

When that contract ended, I returned to the UK, worked in gyms across London, and eventually made the move to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil — where I now coach clients online from around the world.

Today, I train Muay Thai four times a week, lift six, and live a lifestyle built on structure, discipline, and purpose.
